I absolutely love this place. My mental health has improved tremendously since finding Dr.Judith. This place listens and cares. I can’t express my gratitude.

Finding a psychiatrist can be a daunting experience. And chances are that by the time you actually start looking for help you are already in crisis. That was the situation I found myself in recently. Sending emails, making calls, and filling out website applications. Half the time nobody responds and the other half they are too expensive or don't take your insurance. I was really getting frustrated with the whole thing until Dr. Judith Ngulefac at MINDBODYSOUL Psychiatric responded to one of my messages. Not only was the reply quick and helpful but I was also able to get a new patient intake appointment only days later. The appointment went great. Between a previously filled patient questionnaire and the questions during my appointment it was clear that I was going to be treated by someone who really understood the depth and complexity of mental illness. I was also really happy with Dr. Ngulefac's "bedside manner". I never felt infantilized, patronized, dismissed, or in any other way treated disparagingly. Time will tell, but for an initial impression I could not be happier. Highly recommend for anyone in the Decatur area who needs a Psychiatrist. Only complaint is that the location is difficult to find. It's hard to see the street numbers and identify which road by which building to go down. The weather was quite bad so experiences may vary. *LGBTQ+ Friendly*

Truly love it here at Mind Body Soul. Dr. Judith a true Gem. Thank you for fitting me in your busy schedule at the last minute. Not only were you compassionate, nonjudgmental and knowledgeable, you were the first to put a name to my struggles of 6 years after getting misdiagnosed and receiving the wrong treatments. Yes you called it ADHD and made me understand that I can live with this condition without shame and productively too. Thank you for boosting my self esteem, and the medication is helping. I talk about my illness without fears thanks to you because you changed my perspective on mental health. I am looking forward to my next session with you because I learn not only about my health but myself and the new confidence you have instilled in me.

Dr. Judith is phenomenal. A professional to the core . She is empathetic, compassionate, a great listener, non judgemental and knowledgeable. I was timid at first, and I had a hard time to open up to her. But her kindness and positivity made let me to confide in her about my mental battles. I was referred to Dr. Judith by my therapist. She was very patient, understanding, listened and was non judgmental. She addressed all my concerns and offered me solutions. She explained things thoroughly which made me comfortable.
