We take all health insurances in Georgia except for Kaiser Permanente.

MINDBODYSOUL offers self-pay options to patients that are uninsured, to patients that have insurances that are not in our network, or to others that opted to pay for services that are not covered by their current insurance plans.

Please note that we are required to file a claim with all insurances that are in our network, even if it has a high deductible plan.

Self-pay patients pay in full at the time of service, either via telehealth or at the office. Please keep in mind that we are not required to submit any documentation to a third-party payer.
